Customised Training delivers accredited training and professional development in early childhood education and care, disability, education support, community services, and leadership and management.
In 2014, the organisation identified a need to grow and evolve with changes in the market, position itself as a leader in its region, and boost its profile with key audiences.
Disruptive Media was engaged by Customised Training to create a communications strategy and new branding for the organisation. We started the ball rolling with an internal workshop to identify Customised Training’s current situation, audience characteristics and long-term goals. This information was combined with additional research into other providers, accreditors and industry bodies. We also completed an audit of Customised Training’s existing logo, visual language and other communications as part of the investigative process.
This in-depth understanding of the organisation’s starting point informed our approach. We created a new logo and developed a distinct visual language and style that could be consistently implemented across all their communications.
Through the new communications strategy, branding, and other communications that followed, Disruptive Media created a clear identity that enabled Customised Training to grow awareness about its services, align its branding with its values, and meet its strategic objectives.
