Organisation: Carrington Health


Carrington Health is a community health organisation caring for over 10,000 people every year. Covering a broad area across the eastern suburbs, the organisation provides holistic health services to help children, youth, families, carers and older people live healthier, happier lives.

As part of its commitment to communicating the organisation’s impact to the broader

community and key stakeholders, Carrington Health produces an Annual Review and Quality of Care Report. In 2015, Carrington Health approached Disruptive Media for assistance producing a report that would resonate with target audiences.


Disruptive Media undertook a thorough review of Carrington Health’s existing branding and strategic objectives to ensure the new report would align with and support current communications.

We worked closely with the Carrington Health team to design and develop a fresh, engaging report that celebrated the organisation’s achievements, echoed and reinforced the brand, and allowed the stories of the people that Carrington Health supports to shine through.


Since launch, we’ve built on our branding foundations by designing materials like the annual report and other collateral that will continue to share the story of the new Centre for Participation.
