IDV supports adults with disabilities in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Its purpose is to help the people they support to achieve their goals and lead better lives.

In the face of significant reforms due to the NDIS, IDV identified a need to better connect with the people it supports, simplify the changes to the system, and attract more users to its service. In addition to a range of fact sheets and posters, we developed a digital story featuring the people IDV supports. This digital story captured the day-to-day support and opportunities available through IDV, helping people with disabilities live life to the full.
