Mildura Base Public Hospital
In the post-COVID-19 era, Mildura Base Public Hospital and Mallee Track Health and Community Service joined forces to boost the local healthcare workforce and attract people to the northern Mallee region of Victoria.
Disruptive Media worked with the collaboration to plan an approach, conduct social research, and develop a communications strategy and concept to design and create the more than a healthcare job campaign.
The campaign takes a big-picture approach to building the local healthcare workforce and supporting the broader community by boosting the number of people who can live, work and get involved in all that the region has to offer.
The primary campaign includes a suite of print and digital communications designed to initially engage audiences locally, nationally and internationally, with plans to roll out a secondary campaign in the future – further building engagement in health and aged care employment opportunities, and continuing to strengthen the healthcare sector in the region.
