Anchor is an independent community-based organisation that provides homeless support, and child, family, youth and community services in Melbourne’s outer east.
Anchor’s recent review of their strategic goals identified that the broader community had low awareness of their services and that people might not know how to access them. In response, Anchor came to Disruptive Media seeking assistance to raise awareness about the organisation in the local community.
Disruptive Media audited Anchor’s existing communications to identify where the organisation was at and what was needed to underpin their strategic goals.
We then recommended a holistic approach to build foundation materials that included a brand refresh, a sponsorship strategy and a social marketing campaign to raise awareness.
The new key messages and visual language now flow through all of their print and digital communications materials, increasing Anchor’s profile and helping them connect and more actively engage with their local community.
